Thank you for stopping by Seasons of Renewal! Though this page and community is more about our teachers and classes, we thought we’d quickly introduce ourselves as the moderators of this space.
Jamie Cook is a mother of 4, a former broadcast journalism major, and a lover of international cultures, travels, and food. She started her foray into the online business world with the creation of her page Wander and Scout, in 2015. She started her page as a space to share her family’s adventures, travels, and traditions. Jamie resides in the Salt Lake City area with her husband and kids. She’s energized by the wonderful speakers we’ve worked with thus far, and is thrilled to be a contributor and moderator here at Seasons of Renewal.
Shannon Lyon is also the mother of 4, a former marketing and brand planner, and the owner of Plum Street Collective, where she posts about her food, recipes, and design projects. She and her husband reside in Portland, Oregon. Shannon is most excited about the way Seasons of Renewal has brought women from so many varied backgrounds together, to share and learn together.
Jamie and Shannon have been friends since college where over the years they developed a shared love of self-improvement, empowering women, family traditions … and most importantly, great international food.
